Audience: Nominatated, high-performing individual contributors who are deciding whether to become leaders.

Business Problem Solved: To support its rapid growth, the company needed to prepare high-performing employees, identified as emerging leaders, for management roles within 6-12 months. This training program developed leadership skills, including emotional intelligence, DiSC style awareness, leadership mindset, communication, collaboration, conflict management, giving and receiving feedback, exploring management expectations, and helping employees decide if people management fits their career goals. Participants learned, reflected, and practiced these skills in the program and on the job, working with their managers to create and discuss a leadership action plan. The program equipped them to decide on a management career and be ready to transition.

Deliverables: Design Map, Storyboard, 6 Slide Decks with Facilitator Guides, accompanying virtual activity boards, interactive digital participant guide, and various participant website assets.
