Business Problem Solved: The company needed to change hiring methods to better evaluate candidates' true performance and culture alignment through the S.T.A.R method, providing a better experience and leading to higher retention. The company also needed to make sure that training produced standardized results and that all participants demonstrated interviewing skills to become certified interviewers.
After completing this certification training, participants will be able to identify their role and place in the process, create a positive candidate experience, facilitate an interview, analyze and evaluate each unique candidate objectively, fairly, and without bias, and determine and propose a hiring recommendation.
